Hello, Welcome to the sound of surbia. You have reached the birthplace of Surbia Records. A label designed to bring the music of the people to the people; to give you what you want to hear.

We are Chris and Simon, two life long friends who share one passion, music.

So one day over a couple of pints we decided to start a record label that would release the music to enhance a generation. We planted the seed that we hope will grow into a platform for music to be released that would otherwise be ignored. So here we find ourselves. Our intention is to release music we like and think you will too, not defined by genre or style.

We are true music fans and collectors and as such we are sure we know what you want - as we want it too. We are purveyors of attention to detail. Each of our ultra-limited 7" vinyl releases will be housed in a hand-numbered, hand-crafted bespoke sleeve. So, what are you waiting for, come on, accompany us and enjoy the trip!

Thanks very much for your support during 2008, we will appreciate it again for 2009.

We have a very exciting start to this year.  Our first 2009 release will be the debut Hayley Faye Band single, the double A side release of "Babysleepmode" and "Kings and Queens". Pre-orders are available in the website shop and is sure to sell out it's limited 300 only run very quickly. Get your pre-orders in before it's ebay gold! Promos have started to go out, If you hear "Babysleepmode" on a radio near you, let us know!

This coming year will also see the release of the next Air Cav single, as well as the third single from Plenty with a Plenty album release to follow on towards the end of the year.

We are also soon to announce another signing to the Surbia Family, with a single release pencilled in, more news when we have it.

Surbia Night at the Night & Day is proving a success, more nights are planned for this year, the first one in March, the line-up to be confirmed soon.
